Pension Fund Mortgages

Many of our corporate clients use their SIPPS and SSAS to fund their commercial property acquisitions, under current legislation you can only borrow 50% of the pension fund value, and we often do joint purchases, where the pension fund buys 50% of the property and their trading company the other 50%.

Not all lenders in the commercial sector provide this facility, but we have lenders that understand this market and are keen to lend.
