If you are an intermediary, such as an Independant Financial Adviser, accountant, solicitor or commercial estate agent, we shall honour your relationship with the client and you may write all the clients’ insurance business.

We are a fee based brokerage and our fees are negotiable.

We may also receive commission from the lender.

Our fee becomes payable by the client upon the client’s acceptance of the offer, arranged on their behalf.

We can provide commercial property mortgages on freehold Pubs, Hotels, Rest and Nursing Homes – loans of up to 70% of going concern purchase price.

100% finance is available for sitting tenants who are able to buy the freehold of their existing premises at a discount below market value.

On Freehold Offices, Factories and Warehouses for owner occupiers, and for Investment purposes, loans of up to 75% of the bricks and mortar value / purchase price are available.

We can offer loans up to 100% of the purchase price for commercial property mortgages for professional practices such as doctors, dentists, vets, accountants, etc.

In addition, we offer comprehensive facilities for Invoice Discounting and Factoring. This facility may be of special interest to companies wishing to improve their cashflow and can provide a firm base for expansion.

Our Lenders use Bank Rate, Finance House Base Rate and 3 Months LIBOR. Interest Rates vary from 2.5% above Base, variable. Fixed rates are available on request.
